Ghost Gym Leader Castro!
Castro is the third gym leader, and his Pokemon include Lustoir, the spirit cat, Chubblin, the ghost of cavity's past, Gorave, the tombstone, and Gleeve, the creepy stalker. Castro and his gym are located in Cosmair City. His favorite place to visit is the Haunted Clocktower, which coincidentally is where you'll first run into him. Whoops, spoiler xD Oh well.
