Why is my life ruined? GIMP and MS Paint is why. These stupid programs don't understand poop. I need your help. Okay, so I put together a tileset that has a lot of translucent pixels on GIMP, and so I have to make the tiles double-size to put it on RPG Maker XP, but GIMP won't re-size it. When I open the files up in MS Paint, the translucency is replaced with black areas, so I can't re-size the tileset. Can someone tell me how to fix this, or re-size it for me on their programs or something?! I REALLY need this! Thanks~

My Life - The Past Two Years
Coming back to read my DeviantART notifications after being almost completely inactive for two years now really throws a handful of nostalgia at you. That, and a lot of cringe-worthy feelings after reading some of the things I used to say and do on the internet. The New Pokemon Form is Zygarde
The cell-like creature everyone is going crazy over? It's Zygarde! Let's examine the facts:
~~~~The new Pokemon is described as being very cell-like, and appeared alongside footage showing a silhouette of a Pokemon already heavily suggested to be a Mega evolution of Zygarde. Its head-shape, body, and tail each match Zygarde's body shape, and has one blank white eye similar to Zygarde's blank white eyes.
~~~~Zygarde is named after ZYGOTE and a more French spelling of MIDGARD (Midgarde), since the game is based off of France the way Black and White were based on New York/the United States. Zygarde represents the Midgard Serpent in the tree of

You can resize it perfectly well in GIMP. You only have to change the kind of filter it uses when resizing 
When you scale the picture, just select "None" in the drop-down menu titled "Interpolation", choose 200% and there you are.
